New Pregabalin for acute and chronic pain in adults

Pregabalin has efficacy in neuropathic pain and fibromyalgia. A minority of patients will have substantial benefit, and more will have moderate benefit. Many will have little benefit or will discontinue because of adverse events. Individualized of treatment is needed to maximize pain relief.
